Acorn Ridge Estates, located on the shores of East Lake Okoboji on Highway M-56, prides itself as being a hidden gem nestled in a grove of old stately oak trees. Acorn Ridge boasts over 90 manufactured homes, an outdoor pool, clubhouse, laundry facilities, playground area, and an expansive beach area owned by the residents of Acorn Ridge. The Association is incorporated under the laws of the State of Iowa. It is governed by a Board of Directors which is elected by the Shareholders at the Annual Meeting each year in August. The Park is managed by on-site managers experienced in the field of communication and management.
